Role Summary/Purpose :

The role is responsible for developing and executing the HR strategy for the Finance, Legal, Communications, Govt. Relations and Global Operations teams in South Asia region. The incumbent will be the primary HR contact for the Functional leaders in the region providing expertise and guidance in the areas of organizational design, talent development, succession planning, performance management, change management etc. He/She will work closely with Employee HRMs and the HR COE's to ensure execution of all employees facing processes.

This position reports to Head of Human Resources for South Asia and will be based in Gurgaon.

Essential Responsibilities :

- Partner with Functional Leaders and their leadership teams to develop and execute both long-term and short-term HR strategies that directly support and enable business objectives

- Strategically partner with client managers on Integration of their functions; design and implement effective regional organizational structures and interventions to facilitate accelerated growth

- Act as a coach to Functional Leaders and leadership team to develop strong leadership pipeline, effective performance management, workforce planning, creating compliance culture etc

- Lead client groups through critical HR operating rhythms such as performance management, salary planning etc, by leveraging assistance from the Employee HRM team as appropriate

- Lead succession planning and talent development strategies for the organization, identifying critical roles and preparing potential talent and pipelines

- Develop and drive strategies in partnership with Employee HRM's and HR CoE to attract, develop, engage and retain strong and diverse talent

- Build Employee Communication strategy in partnership with the communication team

- Work with the Functional Leaders leaders to create a positive and engaging work environment

Qualifications/Requirements :

- Master's degree in HR or related discipline

- 12-14 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR program management experience including employee relations, staffing, and performance management.

- Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, evaluate people, manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment and effectively interface with business leaders

- Outstanding communication, coaching, influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization

- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change through strong influencing, change management skills

- Ability to effectively deliver in a global matrix organization

- Demonstrated ability to define strategy as well as carry the strategy through to execution.
