Job Description :
- Responsible for enabling the leadership team to drive business results through people, ensuring metrics of employee satisfaction and attrition are met - thus enabling business performance
- Managing HR Lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit, employee engagement, talent development & driving annual programs like merit salary increase, promotions, performance appraisals, succession planning etc.
- Responsible for end-to-end HR support, from formulating HR Strategy to partnering with business on resolving people related challenges
- Closely work with Top Management for driving Group-level Strategic & Operational Initiatives
