HRBP - With a Leading Brand Job Purpose: The incumbent will be accountable for the following areas for all employees in Head Office and Ahmedabad Office: - - HR Business Partnering - Talent Acquisition - Capability building - Employee Safety & Wellness - Employee Experience - HR policy adherence and people process implementation Role: - Partner with business to arrive at win-win solutions for both business and talent - Hiring the right talent by optimizing on the parameters of quality, cost, and time - Partner with employees and the L&D team on capability building journey to drive productivity - Ensure adherence to all people processes both from timelines and quality of how these processes are experienced by employees. - Will be first point of contact for any employee grievance. Should facilitate education of all employees in the region on CoC and other mandatory trainings. - Drive employee experience and connect with the employees in the region, be the culture custodian, uphold organization culture and values, and create a culture of recognition. - Be the face of all strategic people initiatives and should also share on ground information about employee welfare and competition best practices.
