Recruitment :
- Gather the data needed to determine the short, mid, and long-term staffing needs.
- Identify recruitment channels with the highest probability of success.
- Drive recruitment initiatives; manage the activity of the recruitment process.
- Oversee the on-boarding process of new recruits; optimize the process(es) for continued efficiency.
Employee Retention :
- Drive initiatives which monitor organizational health.
- Promote H&P Technologies culture statement.
- Drive training programs which support employee growth.
- Evaluate benefits, policies, and pay scales to maintain a competitive edge.
Policy Compliance/Governance :
- Work with stakeholders to improve policies, as necessary.
- Train management and team leads on policies, relevant labor laws, and best practices.
- Enforce HR owned policies.
Culture/Conflict Resolution :
- Provide internal conflict resolution support.
- Drive programs which support teamwork and team building.
Employee Data Management :
- Lead the efforts on employee on-boarding, status change(s), and offboarding.
- Lead the retention, capture, and quality control efforts of employee records and performance data.
