The HR Business Partner is primarily responsible for liaising with business to ensure effective & timely implementation of all HR Systems & processes (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development, and Employee Engagement)/ Structure/ Policies /Process/ Procedures for an effective organization and ensuring alignment with COEs on policies and processes.
Training and Development :
- Plan, Coordinate and Deliver the Induction program for new joinees
- Prepare, propose, circulate and implement the Training calendar. Monitor the compliance to the calendar by all departments and escalate any deviations to the same
- Develop various training modules and delivery of those to different sections of employees
- Plan and Coordinate various training programs to different sections of employees
- Identify training needs of employees by various methodologies
- Process papers and co-ordinate for external training programs, conventions and conferences
- Oversee the training/summer placement/internships/projects undertaken by students from various professional colleges
- Maintain training records and MIS for top management
- Monitor compliance to the annual training budget
Talent Management :
- To ensure effective implementation of all HR practices of Talent Management throughout the year to build meritocracy within the organization
- Coach managers on the process of evaluating employees and conducting an objective performance feedback dialogue through Workshops
- To prepare the talent management review document and facilitation in career and succession planning
Employee Engagement :
- Ideate, develop and ensure implementation of employee engagement and team building initiatives to create a positive work environment and add to productivity
- Design the annual engagement plan/ calendar and get it approved by business
- Budget preparation
- Vendor identification for the activities & Cost negotiation
- Responsible for location specific internal communication
