Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR Business Partner support to the BU
- Develop effective working relationships - influencing and challenging the business
Teams on development and delivery of people plans in support of the achievement of business goals and HR strategies.
- Equip business teams with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people plans e.g. performance management, career plans etc.
- Build organizational strength through employee lifecycle management:
- Confirmation of new recruits with focus on process SLA, performance and values
- Ready pipeline for critical roles in the BU
- Development plans for employees in the BU
Drive employee engagement through:
- Employee connects
- Fun Committee
- Engagement Survey
- Local reward and recognition
- Drive retention initiatives, manage attrition in the BU as per agreed
- Provide project management support and HR expertise to the business on a specific related project
- Identify strategic people issues in partnership with business stakeholders and support to resolve them. Contribute to the delivery of business KRAs.
- Will also get involved in recruitment as and when there is a demand

- MBA from a premier institute with a minimum of 5-8
