HR Business Partner
Key Responsibilities :
- Review risks and demonstrates a quality focus to mitigate attrition.
Required Experience :
- Minimum 8-12 years of progressive experience in Business HR with proven experience in strategizing and leading HR Projects in L&D, Change Management and Succession Planning
- Ability to read and interpret dashboards and reports containing complex data
- Understanding of HR analytics techniques
- Ability to set up and track relevant metrics and KPIs and use them to drive business res
Education Background : Full Time Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource/Psychology or related
Preferred Skill Set : Business Focus, Results Orientation, Process Orientation, Relationship management, Change management, Effective listening & Collaboration
