HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with the HR team to analyze trends and analytics to create programmes, solutions and policies

- Support and advise the stakeholders on dealing with all Employee Relations matters

- Be a Strategic expert for :

a) workforce planning: ensure the company's workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future

b) Reskilling and upskilling: identify training needs and assist the L&D function in aligning training programs with business objectives

c) Succession planning: select and develop key talent to ensure there are talents to fill in critical roles

- Review risks and demonstrates a quality focus to mitigate attrition.

Required Experience :

- Minimum 8-12 years of progressive experience in Business HR with proven experience in strategizing and leading HR Projects in L&D, Change Management and Succession Planning

- Ability to read and interpret dashboards and reports containing complex data

- Understanding of HR analytics techniques

- Ability to set up and track relevant metrics and KPIs and use them to drive business res

Education Background : Full Time Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource/Psychology or related
