Strategic HR Partnership:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, and provide strategic
- HR guidance and support.
- Align HR programs and initiatives with business goals to drive organizational effectiveness.
Talent Management:
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the recruitment of top talent that meets the business needs.
- Implement talent development and retention strategies to enhance employee engagement and career progression.
Employee Relations:
- Handle complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution in a fair and compliant manner.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Performance Management:
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and development opportunities.
Organizational Development:
- Identify and address organizational development needs and opportunities to enhance team and individual performance.
- Work on change management initiatives and drive cultural transformation.
