- The incumbent will be instrumental in implementing initiatives while simultaneously ensuring proper communication and collaboration with business.
- Leading business partnering agenda for the organization and helping them build their India business.
- 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- Experience having worked with a reputed MNC is required
- Prior experience working in commodity business/ brewery business/ FMCG is a must have
- Ability to set up HRBP function for the organization across geographies
- Effective negotiation and influencing skills is a must
