Looking for a candidate from good organisation for HRBP Role for one of the reputed name in FMCG Industry
Key Role/Responsibilities :
Role :
- To support the HRD to achieve the HR & Development teams strategic objectives, as set out in the HR Strategic Action Plan by acting as the HR lead on a range of different projects and responsibilities
- Setting challenging HR goals with a close cooperation with HR and internal clients
- Developing succession plans and manage the performance management cycle for internal clients
- Designing cross functional development programs
- Keeping all HR processes in a full compliance with the legal and regulatory framework
- Being the contributing team member of the HR project
Pre-requisites :
- 9-12 years of experience
- Preferably from B-School
- Proven track record
- Leadership qualities
- Age should not be more than 35 years
- Should be from corporate, not from manufacturing
