Roles & Responsibilities :

- The person as HRBP would be responsible for entire gamut of HRD functions.

- Key Driver of Change Management processes & streamlining operations, building employee morale, controlling attrition and building committed teams.

- Could successfully led teams of HR Professionals on Recruitment Techniques, Cost Effective Training & Development, Competency Mapping, Performance Management, Compensation Strategies.
