Key Accountabilities :
Individual Accountabilities :
- Implement the HR strategy for revenue function aligned to the vision for Zee 4.0 as well as the overall HR strategy
- Partner with business leaders to translate strategic business needs and capabilities into talent requirements and lead initiatives to attract, retain, and motivate a skilled and diverse workforce
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to function heads on various people related areas such as performance and talent management, talent fulfillment, employee relations, talent acquisition etc.
- Act as a change-agent and roll out the internal transformation initiatives in the revenue business
- Liaison with Diversity & Inclusion teams to support employer branding initiatives and drive sensitivity towards Diversity & Inclusion agenda of the organization
- Implementation and adhere to the employee life-cycle solutions from hiring, onboarding to smooth exit process, including employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience
- Roll out the sales and distribution specific employee incentive programs including sales incentive plan and differentiated rewards for high performers
Manpower Planning and Capability Building :
- Liaison with functional leads to identify manpower requirements and skill gaps in the team and develop and implement solutions to address the skill gaps
- Ensure timely fulfillment of open positions as well as adherence to manpower budgets
- Work with Capability Building team to identify skill-gaps and employee capability needs basis current and future business needs; support capability development interventions
HR Operational Management :
- Drive operational effectiveness and implementation of HR programs and processes through partnership with COE, other HRBPs and function leaders to deliver an enhanced employee experience
Key Shared Accountabilities :
- Act as a key member of the in the team and support development and implementation of short-term and long-term HR strategy
- Collaborate with other HR Teams to deliver targeted solutions focused on talent assessment, succession planning, career development and team building.
