- Driving various initiatives, rewards & recognition programs to assure a balanced work & personallife
- Accountable for driving central team initiatives seamlessly with business and building a consistentemployee experience
- Act as Change Agent in Managing Organizational Change where this relates to HR related activitiese.g. restructures, compulsory redundancies and voluntary severance schemes et
- Providing analysis, trends and insights to Business on attrition, employee engagement & assistbusiness leaders with decision-making
- Ensuring the onboarding and separation process for employees are conducted effectively
- Handling employee grievances and queries related to various HR processes & ensure timelyresolutions
- Execution of HR policies & systems to ensure consistent adherence
- Team handling Experience is a must Also Only Male candidates preferred
