- Our client is a top FMCG firm with operations spread across the globe.

- The ideal candidate should come with 7+ years of experience with a premier FMCG post an MBA from Tier 1/2 institutes

- Extensive business partnering experience in a matrixed environment

- Ability to influence without authority

- Adept at stakeholder management and pushing back when needed

- Work closely with demand functions/ all functions to meet their HR needs particularly focusing on manpower planning, performance management, employee engagement etc.

- Ability to navigate through the hierarchy to get the work done and not be bound by individual scope of role
