- Must have managed internal/statutory audit for HR
- Experience in HRMS implementation
- Managed Contracts

- Employee rewards and recognition
- Employee engagement
- Reports and Dashboards - good in excel
- Has to be assertive and come across as fairly senior who can drive conversations with stakeholders
