- Must have managed the entire employee life cycle (onboarding to FNF)

- Awareness about HR policies and compliance

- Must have managed internal/statutory audit for HR

- Experience in HRMS implementation

- Managed Contracts

- Employee referral programs

- Employee rewards and recognition

- Employee engagement

- Reports and Dashboards - good in excel

- Has to be assertive and come across as fairly senior who can drive conversations with stakeholders
