About our Client - Our client is a leading FMCG multinational, one of the Fortune 200 companies. With a global presence, the company currently employees over 75000 people and generates revenues of over $20 billion. Having recently made a good amount of strategic acquisitions, the company is looking at strong growth prospects. Currently they are looking for a HR Business Partner for their corporate office in Mumbai.

Job Description - Reporting to the GM HR, your key responsibilities will include:

- Driving core HR processes for a staff of 1000+ employees

- Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team ensuring staffing teams with high quality talent which includes job evaluation and industry analysis

- Employee engagement and catering to their professional needs, requests and aspirations

- Monitoring head count control and turnover rate

- Performance management, appraisals and salary review to remain competitive in the market

- Communicating closely with overseas offices on HR related matters

The Successful Candidate - You must carry 6-10 years of experience as a HR Business Partner and are currently working ONLY in the FMCG/FMCD industry. You are a full time MBA in Human Resource Management from one of the top 5 B-schools. With excellent communication skills, you have a very hands on approach for business solutions. A proven track record of excellence as an HR Business Partner is a must.
