Job Description :&nbsp; - Lead key HR processes including compensation planning and compliance - Support completion of Performance Measurement System, career planning, succession planning, potential assessment, Compensation &amp; Benefits activities - Drive employee engagement and retention interventions - Provide dedicated mentorship and coaching to multiple leads and employees within a complex business environment, including supporting multiple employee populations, matrixes, customers, products or initiatives - Handling training &amp; development end to end. - Analyze and identify and develop recommendations for improvement of the organization's policies and practices - Provide strategic arm to Business Unit in meeting their day to day HR requirements. - The core HR work includes, but is not limited to, maximizing people capability, providing change leadership, managing end to end employee lifecycle, supporting day-to-day operations as well as proactively engaging in process improvements Mandatory skills required : - Understanding of HR concepts and principles with expertise in a specialty area such as staffing, analytics, facilitation, etc. - Strong problem-solving skills; ability to make independent decisions, lead conflicting priorities in a dynamic environment - Sound knowledge of local labor laws and government requirements - Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational &amp; documentation skills - A proponent of the segmented HR model understands the benefits - PHR/SPHR certification
