HR Business Partner - FMCG

Job Summary:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and the CEO in Processed Food Business unit. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function including in the Corporate and Plants to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's requirements from HR, its midrange plans, its culture and its objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Employee life-cycle management and supervision

- Conduct weekly meetings with respective Plant HR Managers.

- MIS and Analytics preparation

- Highlight complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.

- Support Plant HR Managers in bringing uniform Group process viz. PMS, Trainings, Rewards & Recognition, Employee Engagement, Onboarding, and Recruitment.

- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.

- Oversee manpower budgeting and planning

- Supervise the recruitment requirements of each plant and supervise them as per the agreed TAT

- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.

- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.

- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Experience:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.

- Experience of working in a manufacturing set up. Open to travel at plant locations.
