HR Business Partner - FMCG

I represent a premier executive search and selection company, Quest ESB Consultants (www.questconsultants.in). We have been partnering Blue Chip companies across India for the last three decades.

- An extremely large and highly respected American MNC has entrusted us with the selection of a Business HR Manager for the company's R&D and Global Shared Services set up.

- KRA would be to provide strategic and operational support to the set up of an employee strength of 200 people, in terms of building culture, enabling structure for growth, capability development for future, ER matters for R&D, managing people capability, talent management & engagement.

- We invite applications from premier B-School graduates with 4-8 years of post qualification experience having exposure and adequate experience as a Generalist HR in an R&D/ back office operations. Must also have exposure executing HR systems and processes, should be able to contribute in framing up HR strategies and practices.

The posting would be at Bangalore.
