HR Business Partner

- This position is an Individual Contributor (IC Role) handling entire employee lifecycle management for PAN India business operation. The role reports to the Business Head & Consumer Care - HR Lead in a matrix reporting environment.

- Incumbent will have to work closely with the leadership team to establish people agenda which underpins and supports the delivery of business goals and drives employee engagement.

This role will involve 4 key pillars of HR Business Partnering:

- HR Operation: Managing complete employee life cycle, building trusted relationships and on time completion of important employee life cycle milestones.

- People Processes: Participate in the development and implementation of human resources processes and programs, including but not limited to new employee assimilation, performance management, organizational development, employee rewards and recognition, learning and development and the annual talent reviews, 360 surveys & compensation review process.

- Employee Engagement: Handling of routine employee issues including disciplinary matters,
grievance handling, change management and counselling. End to end responsibility of executing the engagement calendar for the division.

- Recruitment: End to end Talent Acquisition process for Yardley vacancies from sourcing till offer negotiation & providing a delightful onboarding experience."
