Position: HR Business Partner

Role

Looking for HRBP for MNC FMCG Company to based at corporate office .

Responsibility of HR Business partnering role for one of the Business Division. The total employee strength in the Business Divisions is in the range of 350 to 500 .

Candidate Profile :

- Incumbent should have an MBA / PGDBA Degree in Human Resources from a reputed B School with 4-5 yrs of experience.

- Incumbent should have good experience in handling the various aspects of HR i.e Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management System, Learning & Development & Employee Engagement.

Incumbent should have excellent inter - personal & analytical skills.
