HR Business Partner - FMCG

We are looking for Human Resources business partner for MNC FMCG company

The person will act as the strategic liaison between Human Resources and the Business leadership and will be responsible for the design, delivery and management of all HR related activities, in alignment with the business strategy of the organisation.

The individual will need to develop and implement initiatives designed to enhance employee engagement, development and productivity. The person will lead the areas of workforce planning, training and career development, organization design, performance management, employee relations, recognition and change management.

This position requires a broad combination of skills spanning human resources, general management capabilities, and ability to work with senior leadership on strategic HR priorities.

Requirements

Proven ability to work independently and engage with senior leadership

Experience of working in multinational organisation/s

Prior experience in a Business partner role

Location: Mumbai
