Job Description :
- To design and roll-out HR strategy basis the business plan & needs of the business
- Should be MBA in HR from a reputed business school in India. Experience Required
- 10 to 12 years prior experience in a reputed company, preferably in consumer or FMCG company with exposure to Sales force
- Should have handled this level of responsibility in previous assignments
- Knowledge of HR concepts like Performance management, competency framework, OD, hiring techniques etc
- Understanding of Psychometric tools
- Knowledge of contemporary trends &developments in the space of Human Resource Management
- Knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Power point
- Business writing
- Presentation Skills
