Role: HR Business Partner
Location : Mumbai
Objective: Looking for a HRBP professional with proven success in driving talent acquisition and managing HR generalist profile. This role will require a strong talent acquisition focus along with mix of HR operational and strategic work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare & monitor Division HR budgets and overheads in coordination with business functions for manpower planning. Implement recruitment strategies to provide a qualified and diverse pool of candidates to the division.
- Develop innovate hiring methodologies through identifying unique and non-traditional sources for finding candidates.
- Ensure hiring managers and team preparedness during the interview process and ensuring that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally - Builds strong relationships and partners effectively across hiring managers, vendors & internal HR team
- Manage a team while ensuring they are being developed and challenged while delivering high quality candidates to Hiring Managers - Partner with Hiring Managers on issues relating to recruiting and on-boarding processes
- Partner with other functional experts in the HR to develop and implement HR initiatives
- Facilitate Career Planning Dialogue for Young /Emerging Leaders and implementation of development plan in collaboration with L&D
- Drive initiatives to engage employees in collaboration with the EE team - Facilitating V-CAS Action Planning based on their BU / Vertical and Individual V-CAS score card

- Knowledge of or experience of working in SAP/ERP environment will be an added advantage
