- Build and continuously improves the HR function by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Set, report on, and achieves specific metrics (KPIs) in the department.
- Implements performance management system. Identify areas of improvement, find resources, recommend to key management and conduct in house trainings regularly and whenever needed.
- Recruits the right talents, work with key management to understand hiring needs and create a recruiting strategy
- Map out strategic timelines and budgets for talent acquisition in consultation with key management
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions; programs and policies.
- Conducts supply and demand analysis for business partners on current and future state staffing and skill needs and design talent acquisition strategies to meet those needs.
- Actively participate in annual budget planning/ forecasting process with business partners.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
