Job Opening for HRBP with Fin-Tech Company based at Mumbai
- Support in Talent Acquisition
- Work on employee engagement - including employee celebrations, birthdays, festivals, etc.
- Handle the HR operations, employee life cycle management, onboarding, leave & attendance, probation evaluation, and performance management
- Bring new HR practices to boost the morale of employees
- Work on driving company policies and processes
- Work on being the cultural ambassador of the company
- Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors
- Complete HR operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
- working closely with critical stakeholders and founders on providing strategic HR Support , Managing end to end employee life cycle of 100 employees , recruitment , Appraisal process , Employee Engagement , oversee compliance and Payroll
