The Role :

As a People & Culture team member, you'll work with leadership, managers, and individual employees. We envision you as one of the most trusted resources to all employees. In this role, you will work closely with the leadership team and collaborate extensively to :

- Build strategic partnerships across the organisation

- Develop and execute people solutions

- Create programmes to drive the business forward based on data

- Manage employee relations

- Provide strategic advice to employees, managers and leaders alike

- You'll function as a strategic partner. You will act as a strategic partner to all -including individuals, managers, and leadership to help teams achieve their goals with optimal efficiency. You'll be intently focused on understanding the needs of our business and proactively coaching management on how to best engage, retain, and develop their teams.

- You'll be a People & Culture stakeholder. You will be a key stakeholder and building partner of our most important People Ops programs such as performance cycles, compensation, leveling, retention analysis, headcount planning, and succession planning. You'll create and foster feedback loops across Fi that allow you to provide valuable insights to the People Ops teams as programs are built and iterated upon.

- You'll manage employee relations. You'll manage a range of employee relations cases and investigations as needed. You'll be trusted by management to approach people matters with a compliance-driven mindset, sound judgment, discretion, empathy, and confidentiality. You'll partner with managers to resolve internal conflicts, facilitate healthy relationships, create performance plans, execute terminations, tackle grievances and complaints, and celebrate promotions and successes.
