Roles & Responsibilities :
- Understand the business requirements and what HR function does currently to address the same. Identify the gaps, silos, redundancies and dysfunctional and work on addressing them
- Work with various HR domains to drive a disciplined deployment, change management, best practices sharing and collaboration
- Partner with business for preparation of the Future HR roadmap & Strategy for people management
- Lead a Data Driven culture to identify trends to create opportunities and possibilities
- Work on Strategic Projects in diverse areas of interest
- Integrate the Hire to Retire Employee Life Cycle on the lines of Employee Value Proposition with respect to all the touch points available to HR - including, but not limited to, Employee Engagement, Connect, Development, Grievance Handling, Retention Management, Early Warning Indicator Management, Performance Management, Promotions & Succession Planning etc.
- Custodian and Ambassador to companyCulture, Values and responsible for its institutionalization
- Ensure Employee Satisfactions, Motivations & Fulfillment
Objectives :
- Quarterly touch point with the resources
- Work closely with the managers on each case
- POC for all HR / People Enabled activities
- Identifying training needs & recommending those to the HRBP Manager
- Deliver monthly snapshot / analysis of the talent to business managers by categorizing the resources on their engagement, performance, attrition risk levels etc.
- Find out Organizational pain points and driving business aligned solution with people centric approach
- Understand Employees ambitions/potential while developing a Roadmap Milestone based approach
- Custodians of Organizational Exercises like Performance Management & Appraisals, - Competency enabled practices, policy council, action plan committee etc.
- Counsel & coach employees to ensure higher retention & engagement.
