HR Business Partner - NBFC/Financial Services Vertical - Business Conglomerate - IIM/XLRI/TISS

Our Clients, a Leading Business Conglomerate, is looking out for a HRBP for its Financial Services Business to be based at Bangalore.

- The person should be a MBA - HR from Tier 1/2 with strong experience in HR Business partnering role in the Banking and Financial Services sector.

- The person should have a very good HR expertise and understanding of the Retail and Wholesale Financial services to partner effectively.

- The HRBP would be responsible for providing human resource leadership and guidance on the full spectrum of HR policies/practices/strategies for the business concept.

- The person would be looking after the entire gamut of the HR function including Talent Acquisition for the Bangalore operations.

- The individual should be a smart, aggressive and assertive professional with excellent Stakeholder management skills.

- The position would report to the the HR Head.
