Role & Responsibilities :

- Manpower Planning and Budgeting - manpower budgeting & planning to ensure that a talent pipeline is ready for the entire Financial Year.

- Talent Acquisition - Analyzing requirement, Vendor coordination

- Performance Management, Retention, Employee experience - Partner with leadership to successfully complete goal setting exercise, promotions, performance appraisal and resolve complex employee relations issues

- HR Operation

- Work with cross-functional teams and Centres of Excellence (CoE) to facilitate end to end HR needs pertaining to Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Performance Management, Organisation Structure, and Skills assessment
