HR Business Partner - Financial Services

Opportunity of HR Business Partner is on offer with a leading financial services firm in Delhi. 

The said role shall call for acting as a strategic partner to the business with a focus on improving employee productivity and engagement along with the understanding of complex business scenarios, defining and executing the HR strategy for the assigned department. 

- The role shall also call for interfacing with businesses to understand their manpower needs and strategize ways to full fill those. 

- Ensure smooth roll out of performance management cycle, participating in and facilitating employee engagement initiatives. 

- Ultimately, the candidate should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes for stakeholder department.
