- We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and management, providing strategic HR support and guidance to drive business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies and solutions that support the achievement of business goals.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on a variety of HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, career development, and organizational change.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee retention efforts.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to design and implement policies, programs, and initiatives that promote a positive employee experience and align with company values.
- Analyse HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and mitigate HR-related risks.
- Lead or contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- The candidate should preferably be a Tier 2 MBA Pass out.
