HR Business Partner- Factory - Mysore

As a HR Partner for business, drive the HR & ER strategy and ensure seamlessness consistent employee experience on people processes to foster positive cultural change.

Job Roles & Responsibilities :

Talent & Leadership :

- Partner with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to allocated HC and ensure timely hiring against vacancies

- Critically evaluate external talent to ensure right hire ; cultural evaluation and potential evaluation

- Create Strong succession pipeline for N-1/2 leadership positions

- Develop and deploy the competency framework for creating a future ready workforce

- Support Talent development by focusing on Organizational capability, Individual needs and core competence.

Extraordinary Performance & Reward :

- Ensure effective deployment of end to end People Processes including Performance Management, Reward & Recognition, Org design, span & layers

Culture & workplace :

- Work towards creating a 'Best place to work'

- Drive customer centric approach with innovation

- Drive various diversity and inclusion initiatives and develop infrastructure for inclusive workplace

- Monitor and report employee pulse through regular engagement with employees

- Co-create and drive employee engagement plans and maintain and strengthen relationships

Employee Relations :

- Drive key Change initiatives in the factory to ensure engagement, development as well as productivity improvement.

- Ensuring Factory compliances related to all Factory/ Labor Laws

- Coordinate with Statutory authorities/ bodies & timely filing/ submissions of returns proactively.

- Foster and nurture a smooth Industrial relations climate by working closely with the Union / Shop floor team in ensuring right behaviors/ discipline.

- Promoting an orderly but friendly work environment to increase the productivity of the employees.

- Handling / dealing with employee complaints, grievances and resolve it timely/ proactively and ensuring healthy work relationships and a supportive atmosphere at the workplace Metrics

- Hiring within agreed timelines

- Succession planning for all critical roles

- On time execution of HR processes

- Engagement scores over last year

- Cordial/ harmonious Industrial Relations

- Zero non-compliance on Statutory laws

Candidate Profile :

1. Post-Graduation in Human Resource Management from reputed College

2. 6+ years of experience in HRBP with a good brand, preferably from Manufacturing or engineering having exposure in Unionized environment

3. Knowledge on Factory & Labor Laws and exposure to LTS settlement is an added advantage.

4. Ability to speak in Kannada is strongly preferred
