HR Business Partner - Energy/Power/Telecom Sector

Currently working on HR Business partner role based in Gurgaon for an Energy / Power/ telecom sector organization, reporting directly to The Head HR.

Looking for MBA HR professionals, full time from premier institutes only from Energy, Power, EPC's or KPO or BPO who have managed a generalist role/ HR BP role.

Proficient in handling Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Manpower Planning, Reward & Recognition System, Employee Development along with Performance Management

Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountability, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, succession planning, employee relations and retention)

Candidates from engineering background, Post graduate in HR will be given preference.
