HR Business Partner
- MBA with Min 10 Years experience in HRBP role.
- The Person would be responsible for HR Strategy for Middle East country.
- You will implement the HR strategy for your international area of responsibility in a needs-oriented manner, derive tailor-made, innovative measures, and be jointly responsible for establishing P&O programs and initiatives in various countries to be supported in the Middle East Region.
- You bring an understanding of the business and its strategy and actively bring the P&O perspective to the respective organizational unit
