One of the leading edu tech company is looking out for HRBP role.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Business team and employees to improve workplace relationships, build morale, and boost productivity and retention
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Work with Business on team restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Proactively assess team and manager development needs, recommend and implement relevant solutions through training programs
- Evaluate and monitor the training programs to ensure success
- Analyze data trends, metrics, and reporting solutions based on business needs
- Implement talent management strategies
- Implement employee engagement strategies
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations as and when necessary
- Work on employer branding activities to retain talents
Desired Skills:
- Proven work experience (2-4 years) as an HRBP or similar role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
