Responsibilities
- Oversee the talent acquisition process, supported by the recruitment team.
- Implement HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with local Indian labour laws. Create and update employee handbook.
- Ownership of the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and providing coaching and mentorship for managers on same.
- Ensure the payroll process runs smoothly, partnering closely with the finance team in Ireland and local payroll vendor.
- Drive the performance management process, coaching managers in performance management issues.
- Support the local leadership team in talent development and talent engagement, design and implement effective talent development programs in partnership with the global HR team.
- Drive the continuous development of systems, process, and capabilities to improve the delivery of all operational activities both locally and globally.
- Collaborate with the global HR team to ensure consistency and share best practices.
- Nurture a positive working environment and oversee employee engagement initiatives.
Experiences and Skills:
- Relevant Degree or Masters in Human Resources or related field.
- Solid knowledge of employment legislation and its application.
- Experience of working in a technology startup highly desirable and Solid Knowledge of Darwin Box and SAAS
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills is required together with proven leadership capabilities.
