Job Purpose:
To plan, organize and manage all aspects of the HR & Admin function in the region to enable the Business Units to meet its operating targets. The job holder is responsible for effectively manage the employee life cycle of each employee? Front end & Back end (Ensure right quality people On-time, trained, create an enabling environment to perform, set right performance metrics, ensure fairness & transparency in communication)

- Manpower Planning, Forecasting & Budgeting.
- Recruitment & Sourcing
- Capability Building
- PMS, Performance Productivity & Improvement Services.
- Compliance and Contract labor management.
- Employee engagement, R&R
- Attrition Control & Exit processes.
- Case Management Services (SH, Grievance and disciplinary issues)
- Team Management
