You should also have - Excellent communication and organizational skills to get things done - Goal driven and hardworking - You have an eye for the best talent Responsibilities : - Work closely with the founders in defining talent strategy and drive team engagement - Build a talent acquisition strategy with founders to ensure that the talent intake is of constant bar raisers and business needs are met - HR policy development and documentation in line with the company's corporate vision. - Organize employee engagement activities and events at the team and org level - In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing and own the complete hiring process from the first interaction to candidate onboarding - Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes/tools to drive the quality of hires - Constantly work on driving candidate experience and hiring experience and work towards taking up the NPS (net promoter score) - Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools Qualifications: - At least 5+ years of experience in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition/People Operations - Knowledge of both Tech and non-Tech hiring - Experience in startups is a must.
