Job Profile :
- This will be mix of Business HR & Generalist role which requires agility to think and act across the operational, tactical and strategic spectrum of Human Resources function.
- Design & implement various HR processes and programs aligned to the short & long term business goals and over all HR strategy of the organization.
- Work closely with the account leadership team to Design and implement the support functions for various HR initiatives for the account and partner with managers employees to meet business goals.
- Manage end to end administration of all HR processes (right from on induction to separation).
- Define Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and drive culture change through engagement framework.
- Enhance Managerial Effectiveness through Manager Excellence Frameworks, Identification of Top talent in the account, defining career road map for Top Talent.
- Drive HR programs in line with business requirements.
- Various policies and processes deployment and communication, grievance handling, retention management and Generalist activities.
- Excellent business partnering skills.
- Should be able to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
