HR Business Partner - eCommerce looking for immediate joiners (3-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end Employee Relations & engagement activities related to Workmen, staff and Managers at the warehouse.
- Maintaining all statutory compliance and submission of all statutory returns. Responsible for statutory compliance, records under various labor law, all Govt. Inspections and Audits.
- Ensure a highly engaged and skilled workforce through imparting behavioral and functional trainings in consultations with technical training team and operations leaders.
- Query Handling/ Resolution of Grievances at all levels
- Implementation of HR policies (Recruitment, Selection, Performance Appraisal, Compensation Management, Leave Policy, Travel Policy etc.) for bringing out the best from employees.
- Responsible for effective and efficient HR administration by proactively implementing existing policies and improving them if required.
- Ensure a cohesive, positive and collaborative working environment through effective employee connect and engagement.
- Coaching and guidance to HR team members and development of operations leaders.
- Liaison with govt. departments and other key external stake holders.
- HR business partnering - Do proper planning and provide skilled crew in consultation with operations leaders as per business requirement. Work with TPC vendors for temporary warehouse manning and ensure all statutory compliances.
- Data analysis to understand trends and take corrective actions wherever required in consultation with operations leaders.
Key Skills & Experience :
- Industry experience towards managing Industrial Relations, Employee Relations & Employee Engagement practices for manufacturing/similar industry.
- Experience of HR business partnering in large blue collar strength at Factory/Warehouse of 500+ employees and handled a HR team of 3+ on roll employees
- Hands on experience in dealing with Union Dynamics, negotiation and execution of Long Term Wage settlements (Desirable)
- Good knowledge of labour laws and Implemented Statutory Compliances.
- Ability to handle and liaise with govt officers (Labour Inspector, PF dept, ESI dept)
- Good data interpretation and analytical ability
- Should be strong in Employee & Public relations. Ability to establish connect with employees.
