HR Business Partner - D2C Personal Care Business

As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for driving recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.

What you will do:

- Identifying manpower needs and vacancies including the need for the development of recruitment programs to ensure alignment of organizational needs to manpower plans

- Setting up processes for superior job seeker experience and ensuring that top-quality talent joins the organization in a time-bound manner

- Partnering with business leaders to drive better employee engagement, retention, and performance management

- Being responsible for developing and implementing communications, events, and engagement plans

- Developing and delivering the organizations internal communication strategy, planning, and calendar of activity, supporting management to increase levels of employee engagement

- Assisting in building a strong culture that is professional, and transparent, encourages new ideas from all the employees and also enables growth, and adds value to the business and employees

What you need yo have:

- 5 years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment

- Hands-on experience in HR functions like TA, Employee relations, and employee engagement

- Excellent communication, negotiation, listening, interpersonal and analytical skills
