Skills/Expertise:

- 3-5 years of experience and Post-Graduate degree in Human Resources from premier institutes currently settled in bangalore only should apply.

- Candidates having a notice period of 1 month only should apply.

- Candidates from FMCG/Consumer Durables/Retail/Fashion Apparels would be preferred.

- Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad based candidates will be preferred.

- Exposure to HR Generalist activities, including a demonstrated ability to provide HR consultation to managers and employees on HR issues regarding employee relations, Talent acquisition & staffing, compensation, HR policies and performance management

Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Proactive liaison and consultation with business stakeholders to understand the changing needs of the business and to determine and act upon client's changing priorities

- Work collaboratively with HR Colleagues and Management, to develop and implement innovative programs, processes and solutions that support the achievement of business objectives

- Support & facilitate the Performance Management / Talent Management agenda across LOBs

- Work with cross functional specialist teams in supporting and resolving day to day employee queries and issues pertaining to employees and develop solutions pertaining to employee relations, talent planning, talent acquisition & staffing, compensation & benefits, development, organizational and change management issues

- Create forums and facilitate interactions between the employees & the management on a regular basis

- Manage exit interviews and support the business in analyzing the data and provide innovative solutions to improve retention rates

- Generate analyses of data which can support business decisions (Scorecards/Attrition analysis etc)

- Seek internal (global) as well as external market "best practice" opportunities that will enhance the people agenda

- Assesses client needs and flawlessly delivers innovative, client focused solutions

- Work with matrixed Global and Regional HR teams to deliver business aligned HR initiatives
