Looking for a HR Business Partner who has experience in managing the tech vertical within the company.
Candidate must have experience in employee engagement, retention strategies, Attrition control etc.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Business Partner for Tech Business Unit. This includes managing the stakeholders and supporting the Business Units in manpower planning, retention strategies, employee engagement etc.
2. Design and deliver innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business growth needs and generate diverse pools of applicants
3. Plan, develop and implement strategy for Human Resources Management.
4. Looking for candidates who have completed their post graduation from reputed institutes.
Experience: 2-4 years
Candidate must be from IT/Consumer Tech/Internet background.
