- Influenced internal stakeholders on existing and new approaches on TA services, initiatives and programs.

- Analysed - Business Units Productivity- and helped increase the same through HR interventions and initiatives.

- Significantly reduced the hiring cost by 14% through competition mapping, employee referrals, Job Portals, LinkedIn etc.

- Revised and developed the Job descriptions as per the business needs.

- Created SOP's and standardisation of various processes like New Joiners On-boarding process, Branch visit checklist, Probations and Confirmations.

- Partnered with Business to periodically review Organizational structure keeping up with the changing face of Business.

- Introduced the internal audit for the regional team to identify and close looping the gaps.
