Job Description :
- Incumbent will manage HRBP Portfolio for Consulting business.
- Preference to candidates with HRBP experience in Global Banking Captives.
- People Management role, responsible for end to end employee life cycle from employee engagement, driving talent management agenda, Retention, Career Planning & Mobility, promotions, performance management etc.
- Candidate will be responsible for supporting the business by identifying and developing solutions based on business and organizational priorities.
