Looking for a HR Business Partner profile with 2- 8 years of experience after a post graduate HR qualification. This position is to report to the HR head of a leading construction/property development company in Bangalore.
Role and responsibilities:
- Handling employees queries and enabling the implementation of new HR initiatives
- Implementation of HR policies/HRIS as per the company's established processes/rules
- Recruitment of mid and senior level executives (Recruitment through portals as well as vendors)
- Compensation management and offer releases
- Enabling employees with the implementation of the performance management system
- Ensuring completion of operational activities of joining, confirmation and separations
- Core member for the employee engagement activities and rewards and recognition program
- Coordinating L&D activities across the company
- Responding to implementation status/data requirements for senior executives in the company and HR Head/colleagues
The above mentioned position will be on an 11 month contract initially. Confirmation will be at the discretion of the HR Head after completion of 11 months based on performance of the incumbent.
