Role : HR Business Partner, New Delhi

Experience : 2-5 years experience from reputed organization. MBA from premium school is must.

CTC : 20-22 LPA

Job Responsibilities :

- Organization Design and Structure to ensure optimum manning and role clarity across levels and the right span of control

- Responsible for Digitization & harmonization of various HR processes. Support in finalizing and implementation of the first HR systems in the organization in a phase wise manner along with the change management for deployment and stabilizing the platform

- Ensuring resource planning and right talent acquisition for business continuity :


a. Creating the hiring strategy and roadmap which will give us competitive advantage 


b. Partnering with leads to understand the therapy nuances and requirements which will facilitate targeted hiring 


c. Monitoring the hiring metrics to understand hiring trends and proactively take corrective actions 


d. Training managers on Hiring capability building

- Managing the on boarding and induction of new joinees to create the feeling of belonging, acclimatize them to the organization and ensure they have the requisite skills and tools to successfully perform their job

- Support in designing the performance management system (PMS) to drive performance driven culture :


a. Responsible for the implementation of the various stages of the performance cycle like shared goal setting, sample KRAs, regular reviews and year end appraisal and increment philosophy 


b. Training of Managers and employees on the same 


c. Preparing and monitoring the performance improvement plan process


- Anchoring the employee wellbeing agenda for their holistic engagement and enhancing the moments of joy at work

- Advising business with need-based solutions on employee matters. Coach and develop line managers around HR policies, processes and ways of working

- Be a champion of HR process change. Analyze processes, data and trends to make recommendations to management team for continuous improvement

- Partnering with business for implementation of HR processes like confirmation, elevation, transfers etc
