HR Business Partner (a leading conglomerate)

- The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides consultative business partnership to leaders within business function(s) to develop and execute HR strategies that foster organization effectiveness and the acquisition and retention of top talent.

- This position is responsible for guiding leaders and employees on best practices, company policies and procedures in partnership with the various HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to achieve enterprise alignment and compliance requirements.

- The HRBP coaches leaders on hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, employee relations, employee development, and performance management, and mitigates risk to the company while ensuring consistency of practice

Key Responsibilities :

- Provides consultative HR business support on a daily basis to group leaders and employees to address a wide variety of needs and/or concerns as they arise to support a culture of collaboration, accountability, and change management in a productive manner through interactive dialogue

- Ensures consistent interpretation and application of policies, procedures, practices, and company values

- Establishes and maintains interactive partnership with business to consistently execute HR initiatives and continuously improve the organization

- Supports leaders in their recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and employee development and engagement initiatives

- Guides leaders to manage performance through consistent and timely feedback to evolve an enjoyable, professional working environment that aligns with company culture and vision

- Assists in the delivery of programs and initiatives designed to strengthen performance culture and highly engaged teams

- Support enterprise succession planning objectives by facilitating talent calibrations focused on technical and behavioral acumen within role(s) to identify top talent, talent gaps, critical positions, and individual development plans

- Partners with Recruiting team to attract top talent to fill roles to support current and future business needs; partner with leaders to establish and understand workforce planning needs to initiate position management and activate requisitions for recruitment

- Develop comprehensive onboarding plans to ensure new employees are assimilating into their role(s) in the company and managers are delivering a productive employee experience

- Supports ad-hoc projects while serving as a conduit between enterprise HR and COEs

- Travels as required

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Communications, or related field of study, required.

- 7+ years' of experience in HR with demonstrated experience in high-volume employee relations

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective coworker, employee, and leadership relationships across all levels of the enterprise

- Excellent organization and time management skills

- Proven ability to work independently and collaborate in a matrixed operating environment across a broad spectrum of key stakeholders in a professional manner

- Ability to adapt to changes rapidly and perform in a fast-paced work environment
