HR Business Partner - Commercial/Supply Chain Domain - Consumer Firm

We are looking for HR Business Partner for Commercial & HR Business Partner for Supply Chain for Consumer Company( 5000Cr+)

- Partner across with all business leaders to assess leadership development needs and develop and execute effective development strategies and programs to strengthen the talent pipeline for the sales and engineering organization.

- Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements.

- Driven Organization Leadership Review (OLR) process for sales and engineering organizations to increase the familiarity with talent that exists and gain agreement among leaders to collectively manage and develop these talents.

- Involved in design, development and delivery of high potential accelerated development processes and programs.

- Independent End to End execution of entire Performance Management Process (PMP) ;Target Setting,

- Looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience. Preferred candidates from premier B school.

- FMCG experience preferred.
